Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, this event is open to all levels. Come and take some time for yourself to de-stress and recharge. Yoga mat, blocks, and bolsters provided - all you need to bring is yourself (and some comfy clothes if you want!) See you there! 🧘🏻
