Frequently asked questions
What are the membership options and pricing?
There are various Memberships here at Plus X Innovation, designed to suit your needs. Choose from a Coworking Day Pass (£25/day), Coworking Membership (from £150/month) or a Resident Membership (from £300/month). As a member you get 24/7 access to the building, including the shared spaces, bookable discounted meeting rooms and specialist media facilities, wellness space, roof terrace and more. Resident members also gain access to the workshop.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No, you do not need to sign a long-term contract. We offer monthly rolling contracts, making it flexible to your changing needs. Pausing and downgrading needs a 30-day notice period, but you can upgrade at any time.
What amenities are included?
With all coworking memberships you gain access to secure high-speed internet, breakout areas and coworking spaces. With a Coworking or Resident Membership have access to printing facilities, discounted bookable meeting rooms and photography studio hire, shared kitchens with unlimited tea and coffee, phone booths for private calls. As a Resident you can also access the workshop, your own locker, and your own fixed desk.
What else is included?
As part of our Coworking and Resident memberships you gain free access to carefully curated business support and innovation programmes, specifically designed to help you learn skills, and drive innovation and growth. Being a member also means you can connect with our community and ecosystem of other entrepreneurs, business owners, investors, mentors, partners and more, through networking, social events and more. Having a community can propel your development and business to new heights.
Can I book meeting rooms?
Yes. Our coworking spaces have bookable meeting rooms that members can book at a discounted rate (50%). Non-members may also rent these rooms at standard rates.
Can I try before I become a member?
We would love to meet you and offer you a free trial day after joining one of our team for a tour of the hub. This way you can try the space and all it has to offer before becoming a member. We also have a referral scheme where you can earn whenever you introduce someone else to the community.
Are there options for teams and companies?
Yes. We also have private offices available for companies of varying sizes. Check out what we can offer teams here.
