Frequently asked questions
What is included in the monthly cost?
Everything from super-fast secure WiFi, utilities bills, printing, cleaning, hot and cold drinks, 24/7 access (with a 9-5 staffed reception) and access to common areas like breakout zones and kitchens. You may also qualify for small business rate relief.
Monthly meeting room credits which can be applied for all bookable space, including specialist facilities. For non-credit bookings, a 50% members discount is applied.
A private office will also allow you to use Plus X Innovation as a registered business address, where our Front of House team will manage any incoming post for you.
Are the offices furnished and can I customise the space?
All office space in Plus X Innovation comes furnished with bespoke office desks (with a built-in storage locker) and ergonomic Humanscale chairs. The office can be branded to showcase your own business’ identity, including window or wall vinyl/decals or painted in brand colours – please talk to our team to understand more about this.
How flexible are the lease terms?
Our Private Offices are available for a 6 or 12 month fixed term contract, with a 3 month notice period for downsizing. You can upgrade and scale your space at any point during your contract.
What type of events can I run at Plus X Innovation?
There are multiple options for you to host an event here at Plus X Innovation. Whether you want to use the main event space, or the rooftop terrace, our space is suitable for whatever events you have in mind. From wellness, charity ventures, innovation events, networking and more, our spaces are designed for a seamless experience. What amenities and shared facilities are available?
With a private office, you have access to our fully-serviced space with business-grade WiFi, printers, incoming postage management, phone booths, discounted bookable meeting rooms, shared kitchens with unlimited hot and cold drinks, breakout spaces, on-site team for assistance, bookable innovation facilities such as the prototyping workshop, podcast suite or media suite, access to innovation programmes run by experts, and more.
How secure and private is the office space?
With a private office, you gain 24/7 access to the building with secure keyless entry systems and lockable offices. This ensures only you can access your office. We also have CCTV, and off-site security (even after hours).
Can I schedule a tour or a trial period before signing?
